We are seeking skilled and dynamic builders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood working, with expertise in various finishing techniques and the ability to interpret 3d models accurately. This candidate should also have a passion for recreational vans/off-road vehicles and possess the technical expertise necessary to diagnose and repair various systems. This role requires a strong mechanical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret our 3d models and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
  • Perform furring and framing for wall structures as required.
  • Have an understanding of camper vehicles and their systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
  • Diagnose issues with RV components such as, Victron, Ecoflow, Aqua-hot, cruise n comfort, and RV appliances.

Skills

We are seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Builder / Finish Carpenter to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret 3D models, technical drawings, schematics, and measurements to determine project specifications.
  • Measure, cut, assemble, finish, and install custom cabinetry, millwork, and interior components.

  • Diagnose issues with electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, appliances, and off-grid power components.
  • Work with RV and van components such as Victron, EcoFlow, Rixen, Cruise N Comfort, Aqua-Hot, lighting systems, water systems, batteries, inverters, chargers, and RV appliances.
  • Utilize power tools, hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs and production work while maintaining high-quality standards.

Lead Automotive / Upfit Technician

ideal candidate will have a strong background in aftermarket van and off-road vehicle upgrades, suspension systems, exterior accessories, lighting, wheel alignments, and tire installation. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, clean execution, and the ability to eventually help lead and train additional technicians as the department continues to grow.

 

Responsibilities

  • Install aftermarket exterior components and accessories on Mercedes Sprinter, Transit, and other adventure vehicles.
  • Install and service products from brands such as RRE Global, Flatline Van Co, Owl Vans, Van Compass, Baja Designs, and related aftermarket manufacturers.
  • Perform suspension upgrades including lift kits, shocks, steering components, and related systems.
  • Perform wheel alignments, tire mounting, and tire balancing.
  • Diagnose and resolve fitment, suspension, and installation issues.
  • Perform clean, organized, and professional wiring for exterior lighting and accessories.
  • Maintain high-quality fit and finish standards throughout all installations.
  • Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to maintain build timelines.
  • Assist in developing installation procedures and quality standards.
  • Help train and guide junior technicians as the department grows.

Automotive Upholstery Technician

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Upholstery Technician to join our growing team building high-end custom camper vans. The ideal candidate will have strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and experience reupholstering vehicle seats, fabricating custom cushions, and upholstering custom interior components. This role requires an understanding of fit, finish, material handling, and consistency in a luxury production environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Reupholster OEM and aftermarket vehicle seats.
  • Fabricate and upholster custom cushions, pads, and soft interior components.
  • Wrap and upholster custom trim panels and interior parts.
  • Work with premium materials including leather, vinyl, suede, foam, marine fabrics, and automotive fabrics.
  • Measure, cut, sew, glue, and assemble upholstery components accurately.
  • Maintain clean stitching, tight fitment, and high-end finish quality.
  • Repair or modify upholstery components as needed.
  • Work closely with production, design, and cabinetry departments to ensure proper fit and finish.
  • Maintain organized workspaces and material inventory.
  • Follow production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

  • Previous automotive, marine, RV, furniture, or custom upholstery experience preferred.
  • Strong sewing and fabrication skills.
  • Experience operating industrial sewing machines and upholstery tools.
  • Ability to fabricate custom patterns and upholstery solutions.
  • Experience with custom automotive interiors, camper vans, RV interiors, diamond stitching, foam shaping, cushion fabrication, headliners, wall panels, and trim wrapping is a plus.
