We are seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Builder / Finish Carpenter to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret 3D models, technical drawings, schematics, and measurements to determine project specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Install aftermarket exterior components and accessories on Mercedes Sprinter, Transit, and other adventure vehicles.
  • Install and service products from brands such as RRE Global, Flatline Van Co, Owl Vans, Van Compass, Baja Designs, and related aftermarket manufacturers.
  • Perform suspension upgrades including lift kits, shocks, steering components, and related systems.
  • Perform wheel alignments, tire mounting, and tire balancing.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing clean, professional work. This position requires experience working with suspension systems, exterior accessories, lighting, wheels and tires, and vehicle modifications. Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently, solving problems on the fly, and maintaining the high standards Rogue Vehicle Company is known for.

Design Engineer

The Design Engineer is responsible for designing and engineering components, assemblies, and systems used in Rogue vehicle builds. This position requires a deep understanding of cabinetry, furniture construction, manufacturing processes, and vehicle integration. The ideal candidate can design parts that not only look good on a computer screen but can also be built efficiently, serviced easily, and survive years of real-world use.


This role requires extensive experience with Fusion 360 and VCarve, along with a strong understanding of CNC manufacturing, cabinetry construction, mechanical design, and aluminum fabrication.
The Design Engineer must be capable of anticipating potential points of failure before a product reaches production and developing solutions that improve quality, reliability, manufacturability, and customer experience.

Product Design & Engineering

  • Design cabinetry, furniture systems, storage solutions, and vehicle-specific components in Fusion 360.
  • Develop detailed assemblies, production drawings, cut files, and manufacturing documentation.
