Eligibility

The Rogue Van Company Summer Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date. Employees of Rogue Van Company, partner brands, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

 

Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

 

Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted starting at 12:00 AM PT on August 4, 2025 and ending at 11:59 PM PT on August 8, 2025. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these dates with prior notice.

The approximate total retail value (ARV) of the prize package may vary based on product availability. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

 

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rogue Van Company, its partners (ROAM, SportRx, SUPER73, Baja Designs), employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability or claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
